Ludlow Manor house is spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for socialising but if you feel like a little peace and quiet you can always find a spot to sit back and relax.

Downstairs
Entrance Hall
A lovely large entrance hall with bay windows looking out onto the golf course with views of the hills.
TV Lounge
The TV lounge is a less formal sitting room with comfortable sofas and a large TV with DVD player and BT TV.
Sitting Room
The large sitting room is a lovely place to unwind – calm, spacious and comfortable.
Games Room
Leading off the sitting room is the games room with pool table, air hockey, books, DVDs, board games and puzzles.
Kitchen
The large kitchen is well kitted out with a a double oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, dishwasher and a large range of cooking equipment and utensils. With washing machine, tumble dryer and a large fridge in the utility room.
Dining Room
The substantial dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, is perfect for entertaining with a table large enough for 12 and a smaller table for 4 plus a wood-burning stove.
Upstairs...
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom family suite with king size bed has an en suite bathroom with cast iron roll top bath and walk in shower and a recessed dressing area with day bed and trundle beneath providing 2 extra single beds.
Dressing Room
This area can turn the master bedroom into a fantastic family room – the day bed also has a further single pull out.
Ensuite
Ensuite to the master bedroom with a fabulous roll top bath and large shower.
Twin or King Room
A large sunny room with the option of setting it up as a twin or a king.
King Bedroom
A large king bedroom that is perfect for families as it leads to the bunk room and close to the family bathroom.
Bunk Room
A good sized room connected to the King bedroom.
Family Bathroom
A large bathroom with 2 basins, a walk in shower, wc and roll top bath.
Single Room
A sweet little room at the end of the house. There is also a shower room at this end of the house.
Double Room
A double room at the end of the house which shares the shower room with the single.

Outside
Patio
To the south west of the house there is a large terrace with patio table and chairs and 2 charcoal barbecues – ideal for al- fresco dining, then steps up to areas of lawn, pond and kitchen gardens.
Golf Course
The six hole golf course has well maintained fairways and professionally laid greens and playable whatever the weather! Said to be a challenging little course it can be good fun whatever your ability! Click here for a map of the golf course
Grass Tennis Lawn
The grass tennis lawn is playable from early June to September depending on the weather. We have a few rackets here but you will need to bring some balls! Out of season it’s a great area for a game of croquet.
Play Area
At the top of the garden there is a children’s’ play area with swings, a slide, a trampoline, rope swing and zip wire. Around the garden you will also find a wooden wendy house and tree house.
Table Tennis
Hours of fun to be had with table tennis on the patio. We’ve got the bats and a couple of balls.
Wendy House
A lovely spot for the little ones – there’s a little kitchen inside that will keep them occupied for hours!
Herb Garden
Rosemary, Thyme, Fennel, Chives, Lemon Balm, Mint … you’re welcome to help yourself!
Chickens
The chickens live behind the caretakers cottage. They love leftovers and the children are welcome to feed them. Just ask Emma.
Parking
There is ample parking at the front of the Manor House plus one space towards the back which is very handy for unpacking all the food.
